Achilles tendon injuries can last for years if gone untreated. Over the past generation they have been on the rise as more and more people have engaged in athletic activity in an attempt to get fit. Poor alignment, lack of a proper warm up as well as intense sports or running activities make this the number one lower leg injury.
This course goes into detail covering the anatomy, assessment and treatment of six different injuries to the Achilles tendon.
